My Little Box: A roundup...

Hello lovelies!

Today's post is a little round up of the last three installments of my 'My Little Box' subscription.  The blogging world seems to have gone crazy for this amazing monthly box and I'm sure many of you will have yours tucked away at home.  But if you've been sitting on the fence about whether or not to sign up, then this could be the post for you!

February: My Little Frenchie Box featuring a collaboration with Ines de La Fressange

I love anything French, particularly Parisian, so was really excited to receive the 'Frenchie' box.  Part of the reason I chose 'My Little Box' was for its French connection and the February box did not disappoint.  I loved the cute little Iphone case designed by Ines herself in typical French-flag themed colours.  More pleasing was the fact that it was big enough to fit my iPhone 6, perfect for my February contract renewal!  The beauty goodies this month were amazing too; a 'By Terry' eye pencil in a gorgeous shade of green (which I passed on to my VBF as I don't wear eyeliner or use eye pencil-I always make a mess!), and a 'My Little Beauty' blemish cream, perfect for using as a primer.  There was also a L'Oreal eyebrow enhancer and a pad of blotting papers, neither of which I will use but great little goodies nonetheless.  My favourite part of this box was the cute little jar of words of Ines.  I've stood it on my desk and each day I unroll a thought; it's like my own little pot of happiness and such a cute idea!

March: My Little Superbox

Apologies for the somewhat dark and grainy photos for this one, I do believe they were shot at night and in a hurry, as I wanted to pack my 'I Believe I Can Fly' tshirt for Dublin!  Okay ladies, we know we have to be Superheroes every day and this box totally summed that up!  I love the tshirt (admittedly it's far too big for me and I wear it as a pyjama top, but it's so cool!).  This box also introduced me to night cream (and put the fear of god into me as according to the literature I should've been using night cream since I was 25...or at least an eye cream!!) which I have to say, has really made a difference to my skin over the last few weeks.  I also love the cute little stickers that came with this one too!

April: My Little Dream Box

Possibly one of my favourite boxes so far and the first where the weather has been decent enough for me to shoot its contents outside, last month's My Little Dream box really was a little bit special.  From the 'If you can dream it, you can do it' Walt Disney quote, right through to its magic cloud, I loved every single thing I received from this one.  'Magic cloud?' I hear you ask.  Yes, the little cloud that says 'Once upon a time' in the picture, contained the gorgeous 'bonne etoile' (lucky star) necklace designed by Delphine Pariente which I've been rocking as a bracelet.  Other goodies from the dream box included a beautiful rotating stamp with twelve different messages which will be perfect for stamping my business cards and work stationary and some amazing beauty bits; a hair mask, perfume and a Loved By...Lou Lesage lip gloss.

So there you have it, a 'My Little Box' catch up.  If you want to know more, or sign up for the 'My Little Box' phenomenon you can do so here.

Which box has been your favourite so far?

  1. I have such a huge stack of boxes piling up in the bedroom now I keep wondering what to do with them all, I think I need to keep my favourites for storage and chuck the rest before I'm overrun .. such a shame though and I can't quite bring myself to get rid of any yet.

I was lucky with the Super Hero t-shirt, it's a perfect fit for me so I wear it with jeans out and about :)
